Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing the data provided through the contact form is the consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given by ticking the box accepting this policy before sending. Processing of browsing data for analytics or advertising purposes is likewise based on the consent given through the cookie panel. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Mandatory nature of the data

The fields marked as required in the form (name, email and message) are necessary to handle your request; if they are not provided, we will not be able to reply. The company field is optional.

Recipients

• Resend, Inc. (transactional email delivery): receives the form data to deliver your message to us.
• Vercel Inc. (website hosting and infrastructure): processes server requests and, if you accept it, anonymous usage statistics.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads): only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.

International transfers

Some of the providers listed are established in, or process data in, the United States. Transfers are carried out with the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR: adequacy decisions of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities) or standard contractual clauses, together with additional measures where necessary.

Data Retention Period

Contact form data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain any resulting business relationship. Once it ends, the data will be kept blocked for the limitation periods of the applicable legal liabilities (Article 32 of the Spanish LOPDGDD) and then deleted. Browsing data is kept for the periods indicated in the cookie policy.
